ユーザごとのtag一覧RSSフィード開始

ユーザからの要望に答え、早速同機能が実装されていた。

I added a "rss feed of your tags" at http://del.icio.us/rss/tags/USERNAME
for you firefox users. (How would I turn this into a LiveMarks feed? It
seems to rely on the somewhere, which is already being used by
the page's feed, no?)

I added a by-tags view of the bundle screen, so you can set what bundles a
tag appears in, as well as what tags appear in a bundle. Bundles no longer
allow spaces (just like tags.)
